Welcome to Fast Fort Worth Movers! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

When you book a move with Fast Fort Worth Movers, you are entering into a binding agreement to receive moving services as outlined in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions or non-compliance with these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• All moves require prior booking.
• We may request a deposit to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or other methods arranged with us in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may result in a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a charge equal to the minimum service fee.

4. Liability & Insurance

We handle your belongings with care, but accidents can happen.

• Basic coverage is included in all moves.
• Additional valuation coverage is available upon request at the time of booking.
• We are not liable for items that are improperly packed by the customer, hazardous materials, or items prohibited by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that parking arrangements are made and legal at both pickup and delivery locations.
• Notify us of large, heavy, or unusual items (like pianos or safes) in advance.
• Be present or have an authorized person present at both locations.
• Verify that all items are loaded and unloaded.

6. Prohibited Items

We will not transport hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, perishable goods, or illegal substances. Transporting such items may void your agreement and result in legal action.

7. Delays & Rescheduling

While we strive for punctuality, delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors can occur. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and reschedule if necessary.

8. Damage Claims

• Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of your move.
• Claims should be submitted in writing to info@fastfortworthmovers.com with photos and detailed descriptions.

9. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Content on our website (text, images, logos) is protected and cannot be reproduced without written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Fort Worth, TX.
